Well I enjoyed watching the shows. The pink Blush Invicta morganite was gorgeous but I held strong. I'm trying to stay in the NBZ and I remain there. I did notice a couple of 24mm Invictas that look exactly like the older ones that I own. The very first of my collection. We are either going back to the smaller size or they are cleaning some mighty old inventory. Did anyone buy?

Hi Jenagal, are you the person that purchased the Burberry with leather strap before Christmas? I am just curious what you think of it because I've spotted that watch in plum and orange on sale. Specs looks pretty good to me. Since giving on on the Bari I've been browsing more than usual. Have a great day(I enjoyed looking at the various morganite watches but reviews indicated the stones are pretty clear). TIA

Equss, it wasn't I that bought the Burberry, but I recall it mentioned here by someone. Will the real owner of the Burberry stand up? Lol. Anyway those Morganite stones are pretty clear and on a pink,Mosiac dial that should give them some bleed over color. But I'll never know, I guess. But if I ever find it on a sale I can't resist, I'll probably snag one.

I just found last months discussion and Starrynight ordered the same watch - different color. How do you like your Burberry teal watch Starrynight? It looks so nice on line.

I received my first Shop HQ item today. I ordered 622-356 a prodiver in all black. I am impressed for only $49 plus shipping! The watch and bracelet are totally enclosed in plastic, but the watch was running with the wrong date/time...hope that doesn't mean there is a problem and someone returned??? Do they generally use the plastic tab so it isn't running?? If it keeps good time I am going to be very happy w/ it and would have never ordered without seeing the watch collectors discussion so thanks!

There was an insert showing 622-437 so I am wondering if that is the next Invicta special value??

Hope all is well....been having ups and downs with interviews, etc. (sigh!) Have been trying to be good.

LavJ, I hope your mom is getting better. Things are probably very stressful. Take care of yourself.

equss...there will Invicta will have all the top values during this next event. However, none of them are that lovely tank. A "beauty shot" is also featured on the iPad app. It's a lovely watch. Very classic. They will have a low-priced Specialty, A baby Lupah/Grand Lupah, A Venom and I think a Bolt Zeus? I think. There is another offering for the women: An Angel with travel case. (I think that is a 38mm.)

We should also see the Lady Zeus. (I actually saw an image where it was referred to as the Lady Bolt Zeus. I always called it the Lady Zeus, just because Invicta usually calls their women's Lady Subaqua, Lady Venom and Lady Bolt.) It will not be a small watch; some men are planning to buy one for themselves! 40mm is big for a lot of ladies wanting demure pieces. I am looking forward to see it.

Good morning ladies and thanks so much for the kind words and wishes for my Mom's recovery. The good new is she is strong, the bad news is that a broken leg takes a long time to heal when you are in your 90's. It's very hard for her to depend on others to help with most daily living activities. And those who have experience know that a rehab/nursing home, no matter how well rated, isn't as responsive as it should be. Physical therapy is hard for her, so she is often in pain. My Mom does not like pain killers and that makes it even more difficult. Hopefully with time and therapy she can get back to where she was before the fall. But for now, she needs a lot of support. When I get home I'm so tired I don't even have energy to talk.

I'll try to keep in touch, from time to time.

Enjoy your new watches. I haven't even had time to get my last one sized.
