Update on broken TSV bracelet

I contacted CS twice via email. The 1st email, I desccribed how it broke and was told I could send back (on their dime) for a replacement or refund.

After mulling it over & reading about other faulty bracelets I emailed them a 2cd time requesting a partial credit (enough to buy me a better, less likely to break Pandora bracelet). I was told that wasn't possible Smiley Sad It's a shame because I would have spend way more on additional charms than I was asking for in a credit.

I will now be returning the entire thing + the additional charms I purchased and will be cancelling my AD.

I would have loved to keep the charms & just buy my own bracelet but QVC's unwillingness to work with me have me very frustrated. Guess I won't be sporting her lovely charms.
