Just received a call from QVC regarding

the JR TSV charm bracelet. The customer service rep was very gracious and noted the trouble I had with the charm bracelet and that I would be receiving a full refund. Also, she stated that all comments were being forwarded to JR's headquarters for review. So, IMO they are seriously reading our concerns regarding the craftsmanship of this style of bracelet. Hopefully this defect will be corrected and we will get the opportunity to get a better bracelet (and at a special offer price....maybe).
