Re: UltraFine Silver Today's Special Values

@Pyrite2616    I am pretty sure that I have those earrings. if not that exact pair I have a pair of ultra fine silver earrings that look to be the same same size that I bought years ago. I still wear them.

I was looking a buying a silver rope chain for a couple of larger pendants that I have. I have a 30" chain now but I wanted another one. Wow the price of silver is through the roof. I looked at JTV and they actually have some sterling chains for $500 and over $700. Of course there are less expensive ones. I guess before long silver will be out of my reach.

Re: UltraFine Silver Today's Special Values

I own several pieces of UltraFine Silver, but I don't think any were TSVs. This "fancy link" is my favorite of all my UltraFine Silver pieces.  I wanted to get the matching bracelet, but it sold out in my size.  I've seen the 6 3/4" on eBay, but I would rather have the 7".  I've thought about getting the silver Hardwear from Tiffany since it looks very similar.

Re: UltraFine Silver Today's Special Values

I gave up buying Ultrafine Silver after two failures where soldering point came loose, failed, ruining the pieces. I have a ton of silver jewelry and never happen with any other pieces.

It's too expensive to have to pay for repairs in addition to the initial price.

If Tiffany price is not an issue, Tiffany is so much beetter. But it is 10 times more expensive.

I have the UltraFine small heart, star & cross slide necklaces & love them...I wear them in bed & shower, they wear like iron, look like new. I want the matching earrings too but considering just getting the round stud to go with all three necklaces.

Well, I do not wear silver at all (too lazy to polish, tarnishes too much, not as strong as gold), but I do purchase it for younger family members.

Thanks for all the great ideas!

I am going to check all these out, because I need a few gifts for family members.

I see Honora has some sales as well.

I've got plenty but none of the above.  But I'm looking forward to anything coming up in future.

By the way, since none of Ultrafine have any plating on them, they are safe to get water on them.  So you don't have to worry about jewelry getting wet.

@FancyPhillyshopper  I have never had to polish Ultra Fine silver. It doesn't tarnish. At least the pieces that I have have never shown any tarnish.
