UNBELIEVEABLE!

Just received replacement order of Judith Ripka Pink Diamonique Oval Earrings J271954. Had to return the first pair because the posts were badly bent. I swear, they sent me back the exact same pair! Talked to Q CS, the rep was very appologetic, said they would refund the return postage. Sadly, I will not be reordering them.
