Turquoise pendant

How does a person know the quality of the turquoise in a Ripka piece? I know most turquoise is stabilized but I also understand that they are starting to dye green stones to look a pretty blue like sleeping beauty. At these prices I sure would like to know if it is dyed in China stone(don't even know if dyed stones keep that color or eventually fade)? They never tell you in the description & CS doesn't have the info...any thoughts??? TIA
