I just got the tuquoise flora ring and love it. I seem to remember seeing posts about "spots" on the various turquoise doublet rings, even on the one being presented on air when Judith said that the stones were "clean". Mine was perfect on the first shipment but I did look down today and saw "dark spots" on it that I hadn't seen before. I soon realized that these "spots" were not in the turquoise itself, like matrix spots, but the shadows cast by the "cherries"---as Judith calls them---that serve as prongs on the corners and sides of the stone. When you turn the ring a certain way in the light, these "spots" appear. I hope no one hesitates to try ordering doublets because of concerns. I don't doubt that some of you got stones with matrix but I'm glad mine didn't have any. I'm saving up so I can get doublet earrings and bracelet. Happy shopping, everyone.
