Trying to control my JR 2011 spending

I wanted to control my JR spending in 2010, but I'm not very good at self control. I wish the Q would allow payment by PayPal, because I could add a specific amount every month and not overspend.

My DH asked me if a prepaid credit/debit? card might work. I could add money to it every month, and (hopefully) not overspend.

Has anyone used one of these? Any other ideas on how you plan to control your 2011 JR spending?
