This was really strange

I had ordered three bracelets from Steel by Design for my daughters and they came in Judith Ripka jewelry boxes with the little felt snap bag in it. I thought I don't remember ordering jewelry lately from this line. Imagine my surprise when I opened the boxes. I wondered if they were returns and put in Judith's boxes. Has this ever happened to anybody?
