I've had this watch since it was first offered & have literally worn it to death. I recently had to return it because the deployment closure broke (one side came out from it's hold). Anyway, when I phoned CS they said a replacement would be sent when they received the defective watch. I just checked my status, & although they did receive the return, I see the status is "refund issued"!!!! No replacement noted!!! Called CS again & to my horror, NO REPLACEMENT WATCH WAS SHIPPED even though my account is notated!!! It's a good thing they are still in stock as another one is being shipped, but I have to pay all over again! Since I never had a problem with my original watch, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this isn't someone else's return. As this certainly isn't the worst thing that can happen, I am still a bit miffed!!!!
