The smithsonian flower ring has arrived

I ordered express delivery as I am leaving the country Saturday. The first reaction is : very pretty ring, well made. The neutral color will go with everything. The band has a sizing bar Do the white topaz stones look like diamond? Of course not. And I was not expecting them to. Trying the ring on....it sits well above the hand. In fact a whole 1/8" above, and as the petals are angled upwards, it feels like more. Which means that it could easily bang into everything. So not an every day ring. But,it is not turning, because the flower is not heavy, and it would be easy to add a couple of dmq eternity bands. Worth the money? Not sure, but the ring is very different from what I have, and it is growing on me
