The Scroll Design Cuff

From the packaging, my scroll design cuff was an obvious retread, but I didn't see any problems with it. I put it on this morning and wore it for a while, and it seems to fit a bit large. I ordered the average which is almost always a good fit for me in a cuff. I'm wondering if my bracelet is actually a large that was returned. If you own this cuff, how does it fit? Is it ordinarily a loose fitting cuff? Any info will be appreciated. (Not that I can do much about it, as I'm thinking it is sold out.)
