The Other Channel

Wow, I was watching the southern channel tonight and was trying to buy a bangle. They redid their site and I couldn't order it!! It showed up in the shopping bag, but I couldn't ever check out!! It was totally messed up, and I just gave up and decided to let it slide. Why fix it if it ain't broken? Their site was always really user friendly and fast, and now I couldn't place an order!! They probably hired some new upper management person who wanted to shake things up and "improve" it, buy now it's really bad - did they come over from QVC?
