Didn't know where to post this. Thanks for lowering the S&H costs. Since I purchase mostly jewelry, clothing, and cosmetics; I greatly appreciate the $3.00 cost to ship. I think the "Q" finally realized that shipping is a major factor in whether a customer orders an item or not. Because all retail is suffering from the economy, and QVC is no different, this, I think, is a very smart decision.

Considering prices keep going up on everything, the S&H lower prices are long over due. However, I do appreciate the lower S&H prices. Now we have to see if the prices of the merchandise do not go up.

I do appreciate this step in the right direction. Been shopping with them since 1987 and I have been true to them, though I admit that I have not ordered items once I figured in the S&H (and tax which is also on the S&H), which on some items could be really high.

As I mentioned on the other threads on this subject, the $3, say on jewelry, is for the cheapest shipping method. I use UPS for tracking purposes and that price is still high.

I like the lower shipping charges. In fact, I ordered an item on Sunday, 2/1, And it was delivered by UPS this am. Fastest delivery ever!!!!!!

Wondering....was it a higher price for UPS? That is what it is showing when I pretend to order and item. It switched from $3 to the higher UPS price.

Gloria, the item showed $3 shipping and that's what my invoice shows as well. I was shocked it came so fast.

What you save on shipping charges will be absorbed into the price of the item, they get their money somehow. Bottom line you really don't save. Have you noticed how items have gone up on the Q as of late?
