[Pugaru]

During the BB show the other night, kept hearing about sapphire and pearl crosses being discontinued once sold out due to rising costs, so I went for the yellow sapphire and now waiting for its arrival. But the more I watched and listened I kept looking at the rhodolite and I'd put it in the cart and then change my mind and let it go. I kept reading the reviews and finally just said what the heck. When I decided to go for it, too late, sold out. So yesterday while checking things out, a rhodolite was available and I scooped it up on waitlist. Called CS and asked for the easy pay that was available on day of show and received it. Looking forward to when it becomes available and hope it's as good as the reviews. And best of all was the return of customer service; cheerful, accomodating, just the way they used to be. They were great! Just wondering if this was unusual to get easy pay after a show ended and maybe things are changing.
