After three times I wore J266654, the lock mechanism thingy no longer 'clicks'( Hidden box clasp) on the bracelet. Of course, 30 days have passed which means, good luck Dinaki!

@Dinaki - That's Diamonique so it should have a lifetime warranty. Email the Social Team and tell them about it. They're very helpful.
BTW, do the figure eight clasps not work either?

@Dinaki Take a tweezer or jeweler's pliers and gently pry open the "V" of the tongue that goes into the box clasp just a tiny bit. Silver is soft causing these things to constantly need adjustment. Don't overdo it.
How are you doing? I've missed you the past couple of weeks and an glad you're back.

i had a "two weeks vacation", if you know what I mean. Indeed indeed as you very well said, my bracelet is been fixed now and there's no need for it to have it sent for a replacement.

@Dinaki Call 1-800-367-9444. That's straight into customer service and they will help you. I've shopped here for decades and know the numbers.
