I was also perplexed by the 2 green bead offerings. But I think the green chalcedony is meant to go with the green goddess pieces, and the aventurine is a jade substitute.

I think other bead options would be a good idea. I wonder if they'd consider giving us the option of buying just one bead strand in addition to getting them as a set of 2.

You know what I don't understand is why they would have two green shades in the insert beads? Why green Chalcedony and Aventurine?

Because y'all have been squee-ing over Green Goddess for years! QVC thinks you like green!

The links with the little "crowns" all open up---that is what Lisa told us during first presentation. When I look at the ends on the pearls, they do have "crowns" and they would have to (or at least one of the pearl strand would have to or otherwise you could NOT link the two pearl strands. May she means that the pearls stands don't separate into smaller segments. I agree, it is confusing. I am going to email Beth and let her know and maybe they can clarify on the next showing---if there is another showing, that is.

Judith also gave a great presentation as Lisa did...... as Sheesh describes!!

I had forgotten! I hope that there will be another presentation and I hope they bring amethyst as a choice for bead extensions!!!

Thanks Sheesh!!

I didn't buy, but I don't even get beads for this???? IMHO - why not different color pearls (like BB)? Who wants beads? Some gray or lavender or gold pearls would have prolly talked me into it. How pretty that would have been.

I like the idea of different colored pearls. I didn't get the TSV because I have enough white pearls in my jewelry wardrobe. Maybe down the road they will do it with the pearls in other colors.

LOL seka, thanks so much for your hard work.....i appreciate it! Kiss

did i miss anything else? Wink

Did you buy a TSV - it looks like it just might Sell Out!

i ended up NOT buying it, but keeping it on my wish list and hoping that it will get marked down. i do like it, but it didnt sell out, which may mean at a later date that it will get marked down. i will keep all of the "extra" items also on my list to see if those get marked down.

because of the colors offered, the length, and the price i DID get the barbara bixby 54 inch long strand of pearls.....in the teal. loved the color and i already have a few enhancers that i can use with it. for me, this was a better value at this time.

Barbara Bixby Sterling & 18K Cultured Pearl Station Necklace 54

(LOL by buying the BB instead of the JR, i saved myself $150, didnt i? {#emotions_dlg.sneaky})

Kiwi - as others have said, Judie did the best explanation of any of them. They will all work as we want, I am sure.

Meanwhile, i wondered why two green and one blue insert beads. I would have loved turquoise. Certainly other stones will be popular too. I also never saw any presentation of the metal or stone inserts which would have sold more since you can make the chain longer and have a different look.

I saw that one show Judie had the aventurine on so that'w when i started searching for them. I wish on all these items there would be for explaining and less ..well you know...

Anyway, the first reviews will tell us how it all goes.

Take care.

WB, I think the color choices are as simple as that was what was available in the quality and quantity that she could get. I don't think it was any more complicated than that.
