TSV Watch

Hi Ladies:

I have been wearing my TSV Watch for a month now and the clasp sometimes comes undone. Does anyone else have this problem?

Also the long sweep hand doesnt seem to be working right? Any suggestions?

Thinking of ordering another and seeing if it does the same thing cuz I love the watch.
