Steel Material Good Ulternative for strength and safety

Hi, with gold and silver going up, may not be that safe to wear outside our homes. Silver semis not to strong to hold the gems, why not steel, from the revues, when layered in gold, it holds the color. Also, steel is strong enough to hold different gems. If only the designs would be a bit smaller in size, simple and elegant, this big and bold is not for me and the choices are few. The prices would also be, so that we think of buying, I understand that they may not be investment pieces, at least we could enjoy wearing them for their beauty. The gold when pawning is .01% of what ever the gold market is. So I hope QVC will read this and act on it, the company does still have the best quality from all the shopping networks.
