Spring hinge on my bangle broke...HELP!

I was being a weeeeee bit too rough and the hinge snapped of right into my hand! {#emotions_dlg.blush} I didn't purchase it from QVC it was actually a gift. How can i get this fixed???? Would a jeweler be able to repair this and for how much? It's the skinny bangle w/ the princess cut gemstones going across. I'de really appreciate your help ladies Smile
