ShopNBC Jewelry

I have been watching some of the jewelry shows on ShopNBC. I do like some of their items. Just wondering what some of your experiences have been with that shopping channel, like quality, return policies, customer service, etc.

I am interested in a ring that was on the NYC II show. So if anyone has puchased items from that line, I'd appreciate any feedback.

The last thing I need is another place to buy jewelry! But, I wanted to get your feedback first before I proceed.
