This is what I received today! It's our 40th anniversary and my husband said to pick something I'd like. I chose this gold watch for almost $400 as a special gift and this is what showed up. I'm so shocked and appallled! The watch doesn't even work either! 
l've already contacted customer service.

Maybe you should have ordered it for your 26th wedding anniversary. That watch has been in that box in the warehouse since 2012. Old item, new item number.

That's inexcusable. I hope it will be easily resolved, even though it never should have happened. Happy Anniversary to you and your husband.

Unfortunately, this is an example of a company that doesn't manage or control their inventory. They have old, outdated merchandise tying up inventory dollars. This should have been sent to the outlet store over a decade ago. 🙄
