Yesterday, Shawn presented the TSV, Vince Camuto bags. I noticed she was wearing a different ring from her original set, which I own. Is there a number for that set? I couldn't find it.
Several years ago I thought she said that her husband had replaced her original engagement ring with a larger stone. I didn't get the impression that it was diamonique or sold on QVC. Sometimes the hosts present something that they say they designed or created and they call it "Shawn's ring." And if they are presenting a particular new ring or set they will wear it like it is their wedding set.
She had her original square-cushion-cut diamond ring modified with a halo of diamonds around it plus down the shoulders. That happened some time ago, can't remember when.
On one of the recent jewelry shows within the past 2+ weeks, she showed her square cut diamond ring with the halo of diamonds as she compared it to the Diamonique stones .
I preferred her ring in the original setting. I'm surprised she went the halo route; she doesn't strike me as a halo ring person.
What exactly is "a halo ring person" suppose be like? @faeriemoon
I never connected a halo setting to a personality.
@SilleeMee To me a halo ring is more traditional, classic even. Shawn is kind of an avant garde person, and the clean lines of her square solitaire suited her personality more (IMO, of course.)
Adding: I am not a halo ring person either.

@Knit-Chick I have the same type of wedding set. Solitare with sapphires on each side and a wide gold band. It is not an upgrade to what I was married with but it fits better than my original wedding set. I can only wear my original ring in the winter..my fingers swell to much in the summer...or maybe I put on weight?>???
