At the nursing home. we dont get shopping channels.

I came as an emergency..has 2 surgeries since. Doing ok.

But here I have been able to see the channels.

Are the hosts putting their sensa on doghnughts?

I did it. 150# in just over a year, a yr ago. you dont need some gimmick.
