a horror!!! Last night I ordered a Sonia Bitton ring and after about 20 minutes I received a call from my sister telling me that she ordered the same ring for me (she knew I wanted it). Well I went to the order page and tried to cancel but there was no cancellation option. Of course, Customer Service was closed, they are only open until 8:00 pm). Today I called Customer Service and they told me that the order could not be cancelled and there was nothing they could do because it was in the process of shipping.
I then called the President's Office and they told me the same thing...can't be cancelled. I asked why after only 20 minutes the order couldn't be cancelled and I was told because it went directly to the shipping dept. What a crock.....let's see how long it takes to ship!!! I said "so now I have to loose $9.00 on the shipping when I return it and the answer was 'YES".
Calling the President's Office gets you absolutely nowhere and I am done with them. They are so unfriendly and not helpful at all. All you ever hear from them is sorry there is nothing I can do. No need to have anyone working there since I get the same answers as Customer Service. I only order Sonia's pieces and Skinn Products but no more for me. I will order my Skinn products directly from Dimitri's company.
