Ladies,

does anybody have a problem playing video of a product on ShopHQ.

First, my iPAD did not play it, now my main home PC doesn't either.

All other videos from Q or HSN or any other are ok.

So I was wondering if any of you have the same problem.

Sanna- I can't play video either from HQ, But now I only use my ipad, so I figured that was why. I can still get HSN and QVC videos.

You are right. I noticed significant problems since switching to a new laptop. To see videos, I have to open and close browsers and watch from IE. There are problems with the flash embedded in Windows 8.1 and I can't swap it out. I made the necessary adjustments and still no go.

Sometimes the video doesn't even move. You hear the audio only. Sometimes they don't play at all. What I hate is that they developed the iPad app and you can't play the videos. That is the point of it. This morning the site was down and good luck if you wanted to order anything. I didn't. SHOP has always had technical issues, they are certainly more commonplace now.

BTW, I know that Apple is not flash friendly. You need special apps written for IOS.

Thank you JavaQueen for answering. Ever since their new management it became technically worse. I think they hire cheap labor, I suspect they outsource web development to India and this never goes well in my experience. They process returns easier and faster though.
