IMO, it's a trend I won't miss.

I still prefer a simple, 6 prong Tiffany setting.  OK Boomer, LOL

Of course you need to have a good stone, diamond or otherwise.

She was showing it off on Saturday night when Courtney was presenting the Diamonique ring she designed........over 6 carats.  Shawn kept saying how hers was almost the same size and VERY expensive to have done.  And she said it more than once.  I thought it was disrespectful to Courntey, Diamonique and QVC.

I saw her with Antonella and they were both making a  huge deal out of it which I thought was strange.  Why they spent so much time talking about her ring was beyond me.  It almost seemed like she was getting paid by Tacori to show it and talk about it so much.  Nobody asked her the brand either.

@stevieb   I don't think so; it's pretty close to the Courtney K. one.  Also, (I realize this is going to sound petty, but SK has said it herself) Shawn's large stone appears quite yellow next to DMQ stones (and it's not just dirt.)  Could it have been a size over quality decision?  Not judging; I'd love a honker too.

@Sammycat1, ITA.  I honestly thought she was wearing a diamonique ring just for a change.  Her original ring was gorgeous.  This, not so much but it's her ring, not mine.  LOL
