S & H DISCREPANCY; ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM?

Last night I ordered 5 of the separate charms for the TSV bracelet that were not part of the AD program. When I brought each charm up on the screen, it said "S & H included". However, after ordering each charm online, I looked at my invoice in "Order Status", & I was charged S & H. I called CS immediately...3 different times...& each time I was told that when they brought it up on their computer, there was definitely a charge for S & H & that it was not included. Each rep told me that it was probably a computer error. This morning I called & told them they would have to abide by their mistake & I even copied & pasted each listing so that I could email it to them to show them that my computer said "S & H included". Anyone else having this problem...or is it just my computer?
