Round Sub Dial Watch Losing Time, Where to Send?

I always keep my watch boxes with the warranty paperwork but, of course, this JR watch that I have had about 14 mos now loses time. Does not need battery, it keeps time on my wrist but when I take it off it slowly loses time, I mean 10-15 min over a few hours. If any of you have the paperwork as to who to call and instructions as to where to send it for repair, please post. Many thanks to taking the time to help me.
