Rolling Bracelet Help

Hi ladies - I would love some expert advice on the silver rolling bracelet. I think I love the design, but the price seems a little high for sterling silver and simulated diamonds. Can anyone help - is this worth it? Or not? Thanks - i appreciate the help!
