Ladies,
I have a pair of post earrings with an omega back that were always a little uncomfortable for me (pinched my ear). I put one of those little plastic comfort backs on it but recently tried to take it off. When I pulled on the comfort back, the sterling post pulled off as well. Now, I know that our treasures are rhodium plated, but do you think that a jeweler would be able to weld the post back on? I think that there might be a bit of color change (on the back of the earring) during the welding process, but I think that if the color change is only on the back it would not bother me.
Just wondering if anyone has ever taken any of their Ripka in for repair (?)
Thanks!
