I ordered a gold coin ring a month ago and was put on a wait list. Des anyone know how likely I am to receive it?

As I'm sure they told you:

45 days to see if comes back in stock.

Unless you get an "I'm sorry but" letter from them, you will probably see it...

Or get one that has been returned,

The waitlist is only good for 45 days.  After that you should receive an email from CS regarding the status of the item.  QVC can cancel your order if the item is no longer available or confirm that they expect to receive it by a specific or approximate date.

Even if you get the 45 day notice,  check back on the item periodically. Sometimes they come back in stock. I've had that happen.

I've had very good luck with wait list orders but truthfully, one would need a crystal ball to answer your question.
