I think he is better than he used to be. He used to be rude with callers too, however I've noticed that he's gotten better with that also. His hyper behavior is most likely due to caffeine overload. Different shifts are a beast.

 

I did enjoy his presentation of the QVC2 Big Deal Lola Rose jewelry boxes presented with Nikki Gewirtz. She was somewhat flirtatious. They worked well together. The video is still up as of 12/23, H221390. His answer to her question at 12:56 was quite amusing.
