Reviews are confusing

I was reading the reviews of some earrings I had saved for later, J264866. I noticed that Anonymous posted a favorable 4 star review and then a second not so favorable review on the same item with 3 stars. Is this the same person, to post two reviews on the same item. Some people say their reviews are accepted. Maybe they are desperate for reviews. Makes it confusing.
