Returns

Bought 3 items, received 3 returns. Each had the tell-tale computerized sticker on the plastic bag. The quality seems ok but the presentation was a disappointment.

I had ordered the amethyst square cut studs that miraculously came back into stock. They had nasty ear goop and clearly need disinfected. I ordered the amethyst heart charm bracelet on clearance which appears ok and the two tone heart charm bracelet which also looks ok.

I don't hate returns but those are lame odds.
