Returns~ How have they gone?

Has anyone here tried to return items this month?  Have the returns gone okay?  I have some items to return, including some jewelry, but I am scared they are going to get lost because of the recent warehouse fire.  Sad for the family of the young man who was lost in the fire.

Re: Returns~ How have they gone?

Since the summer I bring returns to the PO or Mailbox store and get a receiot. If no return is processed, I email Q Social, give them the order number and tell them I have dated return slip from the PO. They immediately refund me.

Re: Returns~ How have they gone?

I returned 2 items beginning of December. Have not received credit and when I look at the return tracking there is no information. I probably got screwed on my returns. And there's no arguing with them because you can't prove it. My last 2 items are paid off on my Q card. I'm done.

Re: Returns~ How have they gone?

I have returned 3 items in the last 2 weeks, including one today. I have receipts for all and used the Q return labels in each case.

I need to give the returns more time to process. Still 2 more items going back before 1/31

Re: Returns~ How have they gone?

SUPER SLOW! I've had to either email, or call Customer Service to get a refund. It's absolutely ridiculous the backlog. I sent to cuddle duds tops back at least four weeks ago, and it never showed up as a return.

Re: Returns~ How have they gone?

@mia 2 - Things have been verrry slow with returns for the past two months, and that always seems to be the case at this time of year, even without a warehouse fire to handle. (And returns with the QVC label are just plain slow to begin with.)

I spoke with a customer service representative the other day about another issue and we ended up chatting about returns as well; she noted that returns are being routed to other processing locations if they were originally destined for the Rocky Mount site, so even though things will continue to be slow, you don't need to worry about anything getting lost or ignored, especially if you use that QVC label.

To try to be patient, I've been waiting until my items have been marked as delivered to QVC for a week and then following up with the social team. They're always great in assisting with getting those refunds processed! Good luck...

Re: Returns~ How have they gone?

I've needed to return items that were not good for me or usage for them. I've had no problem with any of them despite one NC warehouse no longer in existance. QVC has many warehouses where packages come from and go back to. As I check on my returns to see the progress I see many go to SC. When it gets to be 10 days or so and the info indicates the returns have been received at their final destination, I may do a live chat to get these refunds processed, no problem.

Re: Returns~ How have they gone?

I have one item to return to HSN and the item I was going to return to Q is a clothing item and to be honest, rather than mess around with the return and then trying to get my return s/h refunded through Paypal, I'm just going to donate the item.  It was a clearance item that wasn't that expensive.

@mia 2 If you are using the Q return label, you can email QVCEasyReturns@qvc.com as soon as the item is mailed and they will refund you immediately.  You need to include the following information in your email:  Order #, item #, Price, Item Name, Size and Color if applicable, Reason for Return and Quantity Returned.  They generally credit you within 24 hours of receiving your email and cancel any outstanding easy pays for the item.
