So, I guess I'm officially on the buycott now! I've hestitated to join, because I really need my jewelry fix and am not really ready to give it up. But, I just received my 3 items that I ordered on Easy Pay day. And yes, 3 out of 3 are retreads. Worse, is that 2 out of 3 are not acceptable quality in the least. Both were turquoise items, I'm certain that they were returned because of obvious flaws in the stones. The first is the fauceted turquoise enhancer with Citrine cabochon. Now, I have a lot of turquoise and understand and definitely appreciate matrix, but this one is matrix free with one very weird, slightly cracked looking vein of brown matrix across the top third of the stone. Plus the citrine cab on the bottom is not set straight. This is all obviously a problem with one glance from the naked eye! The second is a turquoise ring that has the most awful color of turquoise that I've ever seen. Now, I know that everyone has a different view of color, but I can promise you that this weird greyish, pea green would not be acceptable to almost anyone. These are going back for sure, and I will try to make it obvious to CS that these need to head straight to the outlets, and not put back in stock as they are not first quality. I'm keeping the 3rd BB chalcendony enhancer because it is in fine condition and I've wanted it for a long time. But, I will not try again on the others and definitely plan to join in the buycott. Thanks Q for saving me a lot of money!!!

PS, why are there no return labels and why does it say call customer service to return on all 3 labels?!?
