Replacement Diamond?

I noticed today that a small diamond on the Affinity ring I was wearing had fallen out...I've searched my house top to bottom but can't find the diamond. Does Affinity repair/replace diamonds on its products? Of course, I'm happy to pay for the service. Thanks for your help. Kathy
