Replaced battery, now watch doesn't work! Help!

Hi all, I have the rectangular cased silver/YG pink faced w/ crystal watch. I love it!

My husband gave it to me as an anniversary gift. Well, I just changed the battery ( and it's good, tested) and now the watch won't work. I'm in a quandry as to what to do! I'm afraid to send it off to a company I've never heard of. Any thoughts?{#emotions_dlg.scared}
