So glad I decided to go to the Ripka sale at Red Bank this morning. I went thinking it was going to be as crowded as the Madison Ave sale I attended last year. Thank goodness I only had to wait for one person, before my number was called this time. This time, I actually got to view all of the merchandise.

It was tough deciding between a bangle, a kunzite and pearl enhancer, a black onyx ring, or the perfectly saturated amethyst Fontaine ring I decided upon after what seemed like a glorious eternity. Being surrounded by Ripka pieces, many of which I had never seen before, made me feel great! Happy (upcoming) anniversary to me!

It was so hard walking away from the black onyx starlight collection ring which had an unusually faceted, pear shaped black onyx, but I had to listen to the voice of reason and keep my big eyes in check.

I hope all who attend the upcoming Ripka events find something (or more than one something) they find wonderful, too.
