The size is great although they are more flat or cushion-y than round like the picture shows. I love the big backs. They sit perfectly. Unfortunately, I'm not keeping them. I ordered these in "black" and what I received I would call plum. They aren't dark purple...I'd probably keep them if they were...they are definitely a dark lavender. I had to go back and look to see if there was a "purple" option and I had gotten those by mistake. I was hoping to match a strand of black pearls I have that are peacock black...dark blues and greens with just a hint of purple. They're nice pearls and match each other perfectly in color and size so I may order a different color as a gift for mom but just be warned, black really is purple.
