Rec. A disgusting retread!!!

Today I rec. J145705....in pinks and purples after being on WL...was so excited when it arrived today...well I could clearly see it was a retread with the plastic baggie...with the bar-code #'s on it...thrown in a JR box..no velvet pouch...I take it out and loupe it...scratches all over backside...the bail is almost flat as if squished or run over...bail does not close..nor does the figure 8 close as the bail is out of wack....MAN, I am so tired of this nonsense we have all been through...so I called CS hopping mad...I had a great CS person and she is getting a new one here by Fri...so I can take it on my Valentine trip with DH on Sun...GRRRRRRRRRRR...{#emotions_dlg.w00t}

PS...otherwise it is beautiful.{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}...!!My new one had better be a good one...

I really hate this nagging feeling when on WL...that one never knows what one is going to receive...This prompted me to cancel the Ginger Monaco...as I have been on WL...and just do not want to deal with this issue...!
