REVIEWS are missing from website, especially recently new items

Don't know if others realize most of the reviews are gone from the Q site.  What's going on.  This started yesterday morning.  I assume this is a glitch Q is working to fix.,  Won't make purchases until reviews are up.   I wonder why Q hasn't posted here in response to other's posts under "Customer Care", that they are working on this problem.

I want the reviews back also. When purchasing clothes and shoes I always check how the fit is.

Much of what q sells can be bought  from Amazon,so I pop over there to read their reviews.....lol and sometimes come back and buy it here.............sometimes........lol

Wayne just posted under "Customer Care" that he is reporting it to the IT department.  It's been well over 24 hours that the reviews have been gone.

I've noticed that too.  The Clarks TSV sandals from a few days ago have the stars posted but not the written reviews.  I've asked about it twice- no answer.  I depend on those reviews to help me decide IF I should buy an item, or what if any sizing issues I should be aware of.  With a 'try on" fee of $9.95 I need that information to avoid mistakes if possible.
