REVIEWS Please post March 2012 Judith Ripka REVIEWS here... :)

As I post this on Leap Day, February 29, we are looking forward to a lengthy visit from Judith in a few short weeks on Thursday, March 22 from 11-Midnight EST (8-9 PM PST), and Friday, March 23 from Midnight to 2 AM EST (9-11 PM PST, Thursday); Friday 3-6 AM EST (Midnight-3 AM PST), 3-5 PM EST (Noon-2 PM PST) and 8-10 PM EST (5-7 PM PST).

Usually Judith celebrates her anniversary about this time of year and the shows are PACKED with incredible new designs. Personally, I don't think anything tops a few years ago when she introduced the Big Mama Bagel necklace (massive gram weight) and Blues/Greens and Pinks/Purples suites (cuffs are still available here on the Q). So, I guess we'll see what JR tempts us with...{#emotions_dlg.w00t}

The idea behind this thread is straightforward: review after review after review. And if you have your own separate thread discussing a single piece, please copy your single review post here.

Everything Judith Ripka counts: QVC new pieces, older designs, OTO, TSV, Insider, Lunchtime Specials, Last Clicks, Limited Quantity, Clearance; JudithRipka dot com, JR outlets (just email them for product lists), JR boutiques, Bluefly dot com, Gilt dot com, Sweepstreet, Sam's Club, prestige department stores and outlets, independent jewelers and of course Over There (major auction site) and Ripkanista-to-Ripkanista trading. Don't be shy about adding reviews of pieces which you coordinate with JR, too, as well as her book, handbags, tray and jewel boxes.

Lastly if you are able, PLEASE ADD THE Q J-NUMBER TO YOUR REVIEW to help other Ripkanistas out in opening another window so they can find the product page, watch the video and read additional reviews. This is helpful in looking up older vintage JRQ and retired pieces which are still search-able with the J-number. Since there are about 600 pieces in the JRQ inventory, having the J-number is necessary.

Please share your reactions, thoughts and experiences. THANK YOU!!{#emotions_dlg.biggrin} ~Peach

PS~I must share a small memorial to a wonderful talented singer and entertainer who passed away suddenly today of a heart attack: David (Davy) Jones (formerly of the Monkees). As a lifelong fan, I have to say my heart is hurting at the news at the loss of this very nice and adorable guy. Many don't realize that the Monkees in 1967 outsold both the Beatles and Rolling Stones combined. And Davy was a huge part of that. He continued to perform constantly throughout the years and had concerts booked for March. There are many great Youtube videos of his work. If you are unfamiliar, I suggest searching for the original recording of "I Wanna Be Free" as well as a performance he did of the same song in 2010 at a birthday party for someone named Seth Swirsky. His voice remained nearly the same--amazing. As they say..."the choir in heaven just got a little bit better." ~LP
