Been a wk. since I returned a jacket and still waiting for the credit to my Visa card.

Wish Q was in Florida some place that isn't hit with all that bad weather.

Yes, I remember waiting in line at holiday time. Everyone who was sending a package had theirs tossed into a particular bin. I came up to the counter with my package, and the clerk tossed it into a DIFFERENT bin. I asked why, and he explained that Qz has their own special bin that gets picked up occasionally. This P.O. is out in the country. That was enlightening. - Bird

The irony of this whole system is new companies were formed offering faster cheaper shipping because the post office and the other big two shippers were generating complaints. And it backfired. Its worse than ever. I just found out yesterday we have no parcel post service within our state and to certain other states. So to return something to QVC its either priority or QVC's label. I've been using the label for convenience, now I guess I'm using it because its cheaper, also.
