Question on Advanced Sales?

Okay so I am on order for the TSV bracelet. First I was on waitlist. Then later I noticed my order had processed and changed to Advanced Sales.

They didn't ship out the bracelet yet, but they took the first payment! I thought the Q didn't charge until they shipped? ( I'm on easy pay)

Has this happened to anyone else? Just curious? I thought they waited to charge when they shipped?
