Question for Barry Cord Hummingbird Cuff OWners

Can you tell me how the bracelet fits? I have a hard time with cuffs and QVC. Sizes can range from 6in to 8in and state average in the description. Also, is this a piece you wear casual or only dressy? I love the bracelet and have waited past the time it was cheaper but that is my loss. I just don't want to miss out on it. Thank you in advance.
