Hi! I'm new to QVC! I was wondering do they always take so long to process an order? I ordered two Scott Kay items early Thursday and they haven't even shipped! Thanks in advance for any replies!

Yes, that's normal. Go by the EDD. Sometimes things have shipped and tracking isn't updated, especially if the item ships from an outside vendor.

I ordered a piece of jewelry 12 days ago and it's still "in process". I also live in California, so it takes longer to get here once it's shipped. Very annoying for shipping to take so long.

The only thing I really know is that I have always received my orders a day or two prior to their EDD's. I rarely even bother to check more than 2 days before whatever date the EDD is.
And, I'm apparently lucky - most of my EDD's are less than a week out.

You are lucky. I have been receiving things a day or two later than the EDD.
I notice they hang in limbo (they call it processing). Perhaps now that the shipping charge is lower they are sending them by pigeon. Just a joke no one needs to get snarky.
