Question about J264585--Textured Hoop earrings

Hi Ladies

I recently received J264585, the Textured hoop crossover earrings in clip. I really like them and when I tried them on, they kept falling off one ear. I wore them around the house and the left one kept falling off. I called CS and they will replace, but I am wondering if they are all like this?

If anyone else ordered the clip, do they stay on? I am thinking it might be a design flaw or something? I am wodering if I should just choose a similar style with the post so they will stay on?

I have both clip and pierced earrings from JR. With the clip, it really is "hit or miss" IMO. Some are too tight and pinch. Some are totally too loose and fall off. Then some are perfect. My advice is to switch them out if you like that specific earring and hope for the best.

Thanks, expatgal. I will try one more time since I really do like the earrings, and they go so well with my JR necklaces and rings.

I have exchanged a lot of the JR clip earrings and had pretty good luck. FYI, I forget now which ones they were, but I loved them and they were sold out. One of the clips was so loose it would barely stay on my ear. I took it to my jeweler and he wouldn't touch it to adjust. Best of luck with your exchange!!!

I have these earrings, and yes, I had to order 2 pairs. However, I wear these a lot. I never thought they'd be such go to earring. You can loosen them or have them tightened.

Enjoy. I think you won't be disappointed, once you have the pair you want.
