Question about Dew Drop bracelet...

First can I say how... did I ever miss this the first time around?!? I've been wanting a Ripka "tennis" type, everyday bracelet forever and this it totally it, although I don't even remember seeing it before! I'm actually more excited about receiving this than the TSV ring and earrings!!

That said, I'm a little confused about the length. I ordered a small, but question the length. The online description said it "fits a 7" wrist", but the on-air presentation implied that the length is 7" (which makes more sense). I was talking to Semi-Sweet (who also ordered it) and she has the same concerns about the average size (7-1/2" wrist vs. 7-1/2" length).

Can anyone clear this up for us? I'm worried about the small being too big, and she's concerned about the average being too small!!
